Khu vực Artist Alley là nơi dành cho các tác giả kinh doanh ấn phẩm sách độc lập, không liên kết kinh doanh với bất kỳ bên thứ 3 nào.
Việc bán hoặc trưng bày ấn phẩm dạng sách cần phải được đăng ký trong form đăng ký gian hàng.
Tất cả ấn phẩm dạng sách được bán hoặc phát tại gian hàng cần phải phải nộp cho BTC 01 bản điện tử và 01 bản in thành phẩm để phục vụ công tác kiểm duyệt.
Tác giả phải chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về hình thức, nội dung văn bản, hình ảnh của các ấn phẩm dạng sách trưng bày và bán tại sự kiện.

Quy định về ấn phẩm sách xuất bản/tự xuất bản bán tại gian hàng họa sĩ
- Tại sự kiện Color Fiesta, sản phẩm dạng sách có thể là ấn phẩm sách độc lập hoặc ấn phẩm sách được đăng ký xuất bản.
- Ấn phẩm sách độc lập: ấn phẩm do họa sĩ tự in ấn không thông qua đăng ký xuất bản.
- Ấn phẩm sách được đăng ký xuất bản: ấn phẩm do họa sĩ cùng hợp tác xuất bản với 1 công ty/tổ chức (bên thứ 3) và có đăng ký tác quyền xuất bản.
- Khu vực Artist Alley là nơi dành cho các họa sĩ kinh doanh ấn phẩm sách độc lập, Color Fiesta chỉ cho phép họa sĩ kinh doanh, quảng bá các ấn phẩm sách do cá nhân xuất bản tại khu vực Artist Alley, ấn phẩm này không được có liên kết kinh doanh với bất kỳ bên thứ 3 nào. Các ấn phẩm sách xuất bản có liên quan tới công ty, tổ chức thứ 3 cần được đăng ký gian hàng thương mại cho hoạt động này.
- Tất cả ấn phẩm dạng sách bán hoặc phát tại gian hàng cần phải phải nộp cho BTC 01 bản điện tử (định dạng file PDF) để kiểm duyệt nội dung trong thời gian nộp sample. Trường hợp ấn phẩm không thể gửi bản điện tử, vui lòng gửi 01 bản in thành phẩm cho BTC. Thông tin về thời gian và hướng dẫn gửi sách sẽ được thông báo đến các tác giả qua email.
- Tất cả ấn phẩm dạng sách được bày bán hoặc phân phát tại gian hàng cần phải nộp cho BTC 01 bản in thành phẩm để Color Fiesta cung cấp cho (các) Cơ quan thẩm quyền có chức năng, trễ nhất vào ngày set up (1 ngày trước sự kiện). Bản in sẽ được hoàn trả cho tác giả trong vòng một tháng sau khi sự kiện kết thúc. Trong trường hợp sản phẩm không được (các) Cơ quan chức năng hoàn trả, BTC sẽ thông báo cho tác giả.
- Các tác giả cá nhân và đội nhóm có dự định bày bán sản phẩm dạng sách cần đăng ký trong form đăng ký gian hàng trong thời gian được quy định. BTC sẽ không xét duyệt cho bất kỳ gian hàng, tác giả có phát sinh ấn phẩm dạng sách không được đăng ký trong form sau khi danh sách gian hàng đã được công bố chính thức trên fanpage Color Fiesta.
- Tất cả các ấn phẩm dạng sách và sản phẩm đi kèm (nếu có) nghiêm cấm chứa các nội dung đồi truỵ, khiêu dâm, kích động bạo lực và tội ác, phá hoại thuần phong mỹ tục Việt Nam, đả kích hay xuyên tạc chính trị, tôn giáo.
- Tác giả phải chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về hình thức, nội dung văn bản, hình ảnh của các ấn phẩm dạng sách trưng bày và bán tại sự kiện.

The Artist Alley is exclusively for independent authors selling self publications without partnerships with any third parties.
Selling or showcasing books must be registered in the booth registration form.
All book publications sold or displayed, including complimentary copies distributed at the booth, must be submitted to Color Fiesta for review. One digital file and one printed final copy are required for verification and moderation.
Authors take full responsibility for the design, written content, and images used in the book publications presented at the event.
Authors must carefully read the full regulations for book publications in the registration form. Any publication that does not comply with the guidelines will not be permitted for sale or exhibition at Color Fiesta.
Regulations for book-type products/self publications sold at artist booths
- At the Color Fiesta event, book products can be independent book publications or registered book publications.
- Independent book publications: publications printed by artists themselves without being registered for publication.
- Registered book publications: publications published by artists in collaboration with a company/organization (third party) and have registered for publishing copyright.
- The Artist Alley area is a place for artists to do business for independent book publications. Color Fiesta only allows artists to do business and promote books published by individuals in the Artist Alley area. These publications must not have business links with any third party. Book publications related to third party companies and organizations must register as a commercial booth for this activity.
- All book publications sold or distributed at the booth must be submitted to Color Fiesta in electronic format (PDF file format) for content review during the sample submission period. In case the publication cannot be sent in electronic format, please send 01 printed copy to Color Fiesta. Information on time and instructions for sending books will be notified to the authors via email.
- All book publications sold or distributed at the booth must be submitted to the Organizing Committee in printed form so that Color Fiesta can provide it to the competent authority(s), no later than the set up date (1 day before the event). The printed copy will be returned to the author within one month after the event ends. In case the product is not returned by the competent authority(s), we will notify the author.
- Individual authors and teams who intend to sell book products must register in the booth registration form within the prescribed time. Color Fiesta will not approve any booth or author whose book-based publications are not registered in the form after the booth list has been officially announced on the Color Fiesta fanpage.
- Authors must take full responsibility for the form, text content, and images of book-based publications displayed and sold at the event.
