LUẬT CHUNG CHO NGƯỜI THAM GIA SỰ KIỆN
General rule for all participants
1. Yêu cầu tất cả mọi người tham gia thể hiện sự văn minh, lịch sự trong giao tiếp, ứng xử và trang phục tham dự.
2. Cấm tất cả hình thức giao dịch trực tiếp tại sự kiện mà không có sự cho phép của BTC.
3. Cấm tất cả các hình thức tụ tập gây mất an ninh trật tự.
4. Cấm tất cả các hình thức quấy rối, xâm phạm quyền riêng tư cá nhân.
5. Bỏ rác đúng nơi quy định.
6. Cấm tất cả các hình thức gây ảnh hưởng xấu hay phá hoại cơ sở vật chất của Sky Expo và sự kiện.
7. Cấm lưu trữ và sử dụng các chất kích thích (rượu, bia, vape, thuốc lá các loại,…) trong khuôn viên tổ chức sự kiện SKY EXPO và Công viên Phần mềm Quang Trung.
8. Cấm mang các phương tiện di chuyển (ván trượt, giày patin, scooter,…) gây nguy hiểm cho người khác trong khuôn viên sự kiện.
9. Cấm mang vũ khí, các vật dụng sắc nhọn, mô phỏng vũ khí thật, chất tạo khói hay chất gây cháy nổ, có thể gây thương tích cho người khác vào sự kiện.
10. BTC có quyền từ chối quyền tham gia sự kiện của bất kỳ cá nhân tham dự nào không tuân theo quy định hoặc bất kỳ trường hợp nào nếu như BTC cho rằng nó gây ảnh hưởng đến trật tự và hình ảnh của sự kiện.
1. All participants are required to show civility and politeness in communication, behavior and attire.
2. Prohibit all forms of live trading at the event without Color Fiesta Organizer’s permission.
3. All forms of gathering that cause insecurity and disorder are prohibited.
4. All forms of harassment and invasion of personal privacy are prohibited.
5. Please only put trash in assigned places.
6. All forms of damaging or vandalizing Sky Expo facilities and events are prohibited.
7. It is forbidden to store and use stimulants (alcohol, beer, vape, cigarettes of all kinds,…) on the premises of the SKY EXPO event and Quang Trung Software Park.
8. It is forbidden to bring vehicles (skateboards, roller skates, scooters, …) that are dangerous to others in the event premises.
9. Weapons, sharp objects, imitations of real weapons, smoke or explosives that could cause injury to others are prohibited to be brought into the event.
10. Color Fiesta Organizers reserve the right to refuse the right to participate in the event of any individual who does not follow the regulations or in any case if BTC thinks that it affects the order and image of the event.
LUẬT chung cho các cosplayer
General rule Cosplayers
1. Không lấn chiếm, chụp hình ở xung quanh khu vực gian hàng và các khu vực cấm chụp hình.
2. Hạn chế mang phụ kiện cồng kềnh, quá khổ (>1m). BTC có quyền từ chối quyền tham gia hoặc tịch thu phụ kiện nếu người sở hữu có hành vi gây cản trở lưu thông, lấn chiếm khu vực gian hàng, khu vực chung trong khuôn viên sự kiện.
3. Nghiêm cấm mang vũ khí, mô phỏng vũ khí thật, chất tạo khói hay chất gây cháy nổ, có cạnh sắc hoặc góc nhọn, có thể gây thương tích cho người khác vào sự kiện.
4. Không thực hiện các pose hình, tạo tư thế, biểu cảm phản cảm, có hành động không đúng mực với pháp luật & thuần phong mỹ tục Việt Nam.
5. Cấm cosplay trang phục hở hang, nhạy cảm, các hoạt động phản cảm, ảnh hưởng đến văn hoá, thuần phong mỹ tục hoặc liên quan đến tôn giáo, quân đội, chính trị của các quốc gia.
6. Cấm cosplay các trang phục mô phỏng quân phục, trang phục mô tả quân đội, có khả năng làm ảnh hưởng đến trật tự chung của sự kiện.
1. Do not encroach, take photos around the booth area and areas where photography is prohibited.
2. Limit carrying bulky and oversized accessories (>1m). Color Fiesta Organizers have the right to refuse to participate or confiscate accessories if the owner acts to obstruct circulation, encroach on the booth area, or common area in the event premises.
3. Weapons, imitations of real weapons, smoke or explosives, with sharp edges or sharp corners, that could cause injury to others are strictly prohibited in the event.
4. Do not perform poses, create offensive postures, expressions, or act inappropriately with the law & fine customs of Vietnam.
5. It is forbidden to cosplay with revealing, sensitive costumes, activities that are objectionable, affect the culture, fine customs or traditions or related to religion, military, or politics of countries.
6. It is forbidden to cosplay costumes that simulate military uniforms, costumes depicting the military, or costumes which are likely to cause disturbances to the event.
LUẬT CHUNG Cho các photographer
General rule photographers
1. Cấm chụp hình mà không có sự cho phép của chủ thể, chủ gian hàng.
2. Các photographer/nhiếp ảnh gia mang theo các phụ kiện cồng kềnh (đèn, phông nền, tripod…) chỉ được tác nghiệp trong khu vực riêng được chỉ định và phải đăng ký trước với BTC.
3. Trong trường hợp BTC nhận được báo cáo về trường hợp chụp ảnh, quay phim trái phép, không phù hợp, BTC và staff sự kiện có toàn quyền kiểm tra nội dung ảnh chụp, cảnh quay được đề cập. BTC sẽ có biện pháp xử lý tuỳ theo mức độ nghiêm trọng và độ hợp tác của cá nhân.
1. It is forbidden to take pictures without the permission of the subject, or the booth’s owner.
2. Photographers carrying bulky accessories (lights, backdrops, tripods, etc.) are only allowed to work in a designated area and must register with Color Fiesta Organizers in advance.
3. In the event that the Organizer receives a report on the case of unauthorized or inappropriate photography or filming, the Organizer and the event staff have the full right to check the content of the photos and footage mentioned. We will take handling measures depending on the severity and cooperation of the individual.
