If you wish to notify us of a breach of our convention house rules, or to report any incidents of concern, you may do so by approaching our event staff at the [Color Fiesta’s Lost and Found booth] during convention hours.

If you require immediate assistance, you may approach any of our friendly volunteers (identified by their Color Fiesta’s Staff Shirt) for help.

For Photographers

It is forbidden to take pictures without the permission of the subject, or the booth’s owner.
Photographers carrying bulky accessories (lights, backdrops, tripods, etc.) are only allowed to work in a designated area and must register with Color Fiesta Organizers in advance.
In the event that the Organizer receives a report on the case of unauthorized or inappropriate photography or filming, the Organizer and the event staff have the full right to check the content of the photos and footage mentioned. We will take handling measures depending on the severity and cooperation of the individual.
